You’re busy. Having simple recipes using simple ingredients makes life better. Here’s a recipe I tried this week that worked so well I’ll be adding it to my menu rotation.
Gluten Free Baked Chicken Breast
2 -6 frozen chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups gluten free barbecue sauce or pasta sauce*
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (that’s Gas Mark 5 for my friends overseas).
Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.
Place frozen chicken breasts in dish.
Top with sauce.
Bake for approximately 60 minutes.
*I used pasta sauce. Add carrots to the baking dish during the last 15 minutes for a side. Serve with a green salad, cherry tomatoes, and gluten free dressing to complete the meal.
