This simple dish is a Byers family favorite. (And by favorite, I mean I’ve lost count how many times my picky eater has requested it!)
- 1 whole chicken in pieces (or legs and thighs)
- 1 bottle gluten free BBQ sauce (I love Annie’s.)
- 1-12oz. bottle of Coke (or natural soda)
Combine all three ingredients in your crock pot. Cook on low 10 hours or high 6 hours.

I thought coke had gluten in it with the high amount of high fructose corn syrup it has in it, but according to Google I was wrong.
